Twice yearly performance bonus (not guaranteed), 25 days a/l, Private Medical Interview process: 2-stage, on-site National Account Manager / Account Manager / Junior Account Manager / National Account Manager / Account Manager / Junior Account Manager / Retail Account Manager The Role An established and well-respected design, manufacturing and distribution business is looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing commercial team. Working as part of a team of six, you will manage existing Retail accounts and support new business relationships, learning the full end-to-end account management process from initial brief through to product delivery into major UK retailers. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with FMCG and retail customers Understand customer goals, product range requirements, and commercial targets Deliver sales and margin performance within your account portfolio Travel across the UK to visit national supermarkets and retail chains Prepare and present customer meetings and follow-up actions Manage supply chain and delivery timelines and critical paths to meet customer deadlines Work closely with Product Development, Buying, Supply Chain and Licensing teams Maintain accurate administration and manage a fast-paced workload About You Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or client-facing role (e.g. recruitment, product sales, account management) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercially aware with good numerical and negotiation skills Confident IT skills Keen to learn, develop, and progress within FMCG account management Positive, proactive, and team-focused Why Apply?
