As part of our Protex business offering white-labelled motor insurance and accident aftercare products directly to vehicle manufacturers and dealer groups, we now have a new opportunity for a Field Development Manager to join our team at Car Care Plan, based in or around the West Midlands area.
This role will be responsible for the line management of regional BD managers, as well as managing your own territory to achieve leads, develop, and maintain usage levels with VM dealerships and direct dealerships.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing sales performance through coaching and mentoring regional BDMs, and providing sector strategy and product updates training.
* Carrying out quarterly business reviews with dealer groups, identifying remedial actions to improve performance.
* Managing objectives within your region, using MI to identify areas for improvement.
* Supporting branded programs at launch and ongoing, ensuring FCA compliance, as the point of contact for VM and dealer groups.
To succeed, you should have proven B2B sales experience, excellent networking and relationship-building skills, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in the motor industry, especially within Insurance, FS, or dealerships, is necessary, with knowledge of accident aftercare preferred.
