* Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
* Organisation: Organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
* Communication: A people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-Solving: A problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to challenges
* Technology: Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
