Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their refinishing department and contribute to the high standards their customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare vehicle surfaces (masking, sanding, degreasing, priming) to showroom standards.
* Apply base coats, clear coats, and specialist finishes using professional spray booths.
* Perform panel blending, spot repairs, and full resprays with precision.
* Inspect completed work for colour accuracy and finish quality; carry out refinements as needed.
* Maintain spray guns, booths, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the wider team to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Proven experience in automotive paint spraying or a similar refinishing role.
2. Strong knowledge of preparation, masking, colour matching, and finishing techniques.
