Retail Security Officer – M&S Kew
Location: M&S Kew
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Candidate must have 5 years trackable working history in UK.

Responsibilities
* Protect & Serve: Safeguard M&S stores, people, and assets while delivering outstanding customer service.
* Use Tech: Engage with body-worn cameras and mobile devices for incident reporting.
* Professionalism: Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism.
* Emergency Readiness: Contact emergency services when needed.
* Stay Compliant: Follow all policies and legal requirements.
* Proactive Improvement: Review and improve Assignment Instructions; stay vigilant and report hazards.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Security experience essential
* Certification: A valid SIA Licence
* Skills: Excellent customer service and communication, energy, and enthusiasm
