Role Summary:You’ll be supporting the team across a diverse SME portfolio including offices, shops, property owners, and trades, with average premiums between £6k-£10k. With plenty of variety and mentorship available, this role suits someone confident with face-to-face or virtual client work, and who wants a long-term, hands-on broking home.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage a book of SME clients: ensuring smooth day-to-day handling and renewals• Liaise with clients via phone, Teams, and face-to-face: building lasting rapport• Work alongside senior brokers: learn how to handle more complex risks• Support new business placement: helping the firm grow sustainably• Contribute to a collaborative office environment: working closely with the wider team
Requirements:• Experience in a broking office (minimum 2-3 years)• Confidence handling SME commercial lines (e.g. property, combined, liability)• Strong organisational and client communication skills• Comfortable with office-based working, Mon-Fri
