Baillie Farms is a progressive arable and potato business farming over 3,000 acres across Perthshire and Fife. Our enterprise includes combinable crops, main-crop ware potatoes and an extensive seed potato production programme supplying customers across the UK and overseas. With modern machinery, advanced technology and high-quality storage facilities, we are now looking to recruit a Farm Manager to support our growing operation.
This is a diverse, hands-on management role covering crop management, storage, operations, record keeping and customer liaison for crop movements. Your exact responsibilities will reflect your experience and strengths.
We are open to applicants who are experienced farm managers as well as those earlier in their career with strong practical farming experience and the drive to grow into a management role. What matters most is good judgement, willingness to learn and the ability to work closely within a busy, fast-moving team.
