Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of customer messaging across email, SMS, and app notifications, managing everything from setup to scheduling.
Own the end-to-end process for email campaigns, ensuring smooth workflow from brief through to deployment.
Partner with marketing teams to coordinate product announcements and promotional activities.
Analyse past CRM efforts and key business moments to assess impact, and use findings to guide future communication strategies.
Assist in shaping and refining a multi-channel CRM strategy, including testing new approaches and tracking competitor trends for inspiration.
What you will need:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in a CRM Marketing role.
Comfortable working with CRM tools or email platforms; familiarity with Klaviyo is a bonus.
Detail-oriented and results-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
Self-driven, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment with a willingness to take initiative.
