We’re seeking a Casual Events Team Leader with a strong background in hospitality and event management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding service while overseeing and executing high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret function sheets to plan and organize equipment and displays.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff across buildings to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
* Deliver with attention to detail and presentation.
* Ensure all hospitality areas are kept clean, well-stocked, and aesthetically pleasing.
* Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and service timelines.
* Foster a team spirit and collaborative working environment between all departments
* Train and mentor staff to uphold high service standards and excellent customer service.
* Schedule and manage time to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through consistent quality and service excellence.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in hospitality and events environment is essential.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
