We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic Multi‑Skilled Engineers to join our growing engineering family. This is a field‑based role covering [insert region], providing reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of commercial operational assets. Role Responsibilities: -Deliver reactive and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across all operational assets in line with project requirements. -Provide multi‑skilled building services support across electrical, mechanical and building‑fabric disciplines, including modifications and installations. -Diagnose faults, maintain and calibrate equipment, and ensure reliability through continuous improvement and effective problem‑solving. -Work professionally with contractors, suppliers and building occupants, ensuring excellent communication and high‑quality standards. -Complete all documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with RAMS, permits, company policies and H&S legislation. Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. All Engineers -Experience working within commercial properties and installations. -Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and statutory compliance. -Ability to prioritise workload effectively with a flexible, adaptable and proactive approach. -Self‑motivated with good communication skills and a strong customer service focus. -Full UK driving licence, professional conduct and ability to maintain accurate digital and written records. Gas Engineers -NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance (Essential). -COCN1 or CODNCO1 (Essential). -CORT1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1 (Desirable). AC / HVAC Engineers -NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance (Essential). -F‑Gas Qualification (Essential). Electrical Engineers -NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship (Essential). -18th Edition (Essential). -2391‑52 Testing & Inspection (Essential). Plumbing Engineers -NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (Essential).
