Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with a primary school in Reading, who are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. As part of the White Horse Federation, this school wants to give their students the best chance of success and inspire every child to flourish through a continuous and inclusive learning pathway that empowers pupils from early years onward. This role calls for someone who can uplift and encourage students, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
What You'll Be Doing
* Empowering pupils through engaging learning activities
* Assisting teachers in delivering impactful lessons
* Supporting individual needs to boost confidence and progress
* Maintaining a positive, well-organised classroom space
What We're Looking For
* Experience with children (formal or informal)
* Enhanced DBS (we can help with this)
* UK Right to Work
* Enthusiastic, adaptable mindset and a love for education
