What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for promoting apprenticeships to create a pipeline of new learner starts. You will report into the Area Manage and work closely with Learning Coaches and the Engagement Manager to deliver campaigns in line with strategic partnership plans and build strong relationships with our employer partner managers.

Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills. Ability to inspire and engage with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. High level of proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and video conferencing platforms. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Ability to understand client needs and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately.
