Were looking for an Associate Account Manager(Junior Account Executive) to support our account management team at ClearCourse. This is a fantastic opportunity tolearn the ropes of customer success, client engagement, and commercial growthwith training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to software products and clients.
What Youll Be Doing:
1. Support senior team members in managing aportfolio of software clients
2. Help prepare client communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions
3. Coordinate product demos, training sessions, and webinars
4. Learn how to identify customer needs and gather product feedback
5. Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver aseamless client experience
