Are you an organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a close-knit team in Aldershot. This is a dynamic role that blends finance responsibilities with general office administration—perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and taking full ownership of their tasks.
Your new role
In this role, you'll be responsible for a range of finance duties including posting purchase invoices (around 100 per month, with potential to increase), managing subcontractor payments, reconciling VISA credit card statements, and handling bank reconciliations. You'll also process BACS payments, manage petty cash, and post invoices and ie for a managementpany.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience in similar finance role
2. Proficient in Sage
3. Strong Excel skills
4. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
5. Goodmon sense and problem-solving ability
