Bradley David Associates is seeking a
Senior Technical Manager
to lead our clients technical department, driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across global event production operations.
This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee technical strategy, manage international teams, and ensure technology and processes remain industry‑leading.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and develop the technical department strategy
Oversee all technical aspects of event delivery
Drive continuous improvement and innovation
Advise senior stakeholders on technology and investment decisions
Operations & Team Management
Manage and mentor technical teams across the UK and USA
Coordinate workloads and ensure efficient project delivery
Maintain high standards across warehouse and onsite operations
Ensure consistency across international teams
Budget & Financial Oversight
Manage technical budgets and forecasting
Oversee procurement, outsourcing, and supplier negotiations
Report financial performance and forecasts to leadership
Asset & Inventory Management
Oversee technical inventory systems and asset tracking
Ensure equipment is maintained, compliant, and ready for deployment
Forecast equipment needs and manage lifecycle (purchase/disposal)
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership experience within the events or AV industry
Advanced technical knowledge (AV, streaming, networking, infrastructure)
Experience managing teams and international operations
Strong financial and budget management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Knowledge of compliance and health & safety standards
