5. Overseeing the end-to-end process of internal meetings, ensuring compliance with all industry standards.
6. Developing and maintaining budgets.
7. Managing and overseeing the onboarding of new employees.
8. Working cross-functionally with other groups for effective communication and collaboration.
You
* You must have at least 5 years of experience in medical events planning and execution.
* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create and manage budgets.
* Ability to motivate teams and think creatively.
