What You'll Do
* Prep fresh ingredients and help put together tasty meals.
* Take part in cooking – grilling, frying, and serving up great food.
* Keep the trailer clean, tidy, and in line with food safety standards.
* Make sure food is stored correctly and always fresh.
* Work closely with the team to keep service quick and smooth.
* Help with stock checks and supplies.
What We're Looking For
* Food/kitchen experience is a must – restaurant, café, catering, or street food background.
* Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
* Someone organised who works well under pressure.
* A team player with a positive attitude.
