Red Sky are currently recruiting for an exciting position at Heathrow airport as a Customer Liaison Officer to oversee and manage day to day activity. Reporting to the Duty Managers and externally to the customers. This is a full-time role so apply today!

Job Purpose
* Main contact point for Csafe, ACL and Jettainer customers.
* Overseeing all related activities for the above customers.
* Review of monthly reports for Csafe.
* Liaise with internal departments, Quality and Compliance, General Manager, Head of Workshop Operations and Digitalisation, Procurement, Workshop and Logistics Managers, CFO and CEO
* Ensure all the correct tooling, maintenance documentation (CMM’s, Worksheets etc) is provided and up to date.
* Liaise with Head of Quality & Compliance for all aspects of Quality to ensure continued compliance (Daily work, Internal & External Audits).
* Raise any concerns / issues on quality / audits relating to customers with Head of Quality & Compliance.
* Ensure all activities relating internal Processes meet Part 145 Regulations (e.g. Resources, Documentation and Personnel Qualifications)
* Liaise with Head of Quality & Compliance to ensure Airbase GSE Procedures are kept up to date.
* Manage all stock: ULDs, cargo nets and straps for customers listed.
* Carry out regular stock checks.
* Good attention to detail, an eye for numbers.
* Assisting handlers and agents
Knowledge/ Qualifications
* Must have a full understanding of Part 145 Have Basic Excel Skills
* Hold Forklift Truck Licence
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Excellent hands-on technical skills
* Commitment to high quality performance
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Ability to use company tablet and bespoke online software.
* Able to communicate clearly with external customer
