Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Year 2 teacher in planning and delivering lessons
* Assist children with their learning activities and provide one-on-one or small group support
* Encourage positive behaviour and support the development of social skills
* Help prepare resources and classroom materials
* Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing
* Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with primary school children, preferably Year 2
* A genuine passion for education and child development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to challenges
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications or training in education/support work (desirable but not essential)
