Unlike some hybrid or self‑employed roles, support for you to succeed is considerable, with local branch hub teams to assist you, central lead management and concierge telephony support.

The Role
In this fully‑employed position, partners receive the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. Partners deliver an end‑to‑end service from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a self‑employed position, so we can provide partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This includes learning and development, support from a local property centre, industry‑leading marketing, technology and brand awareness services.

Ideal partners have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, obsessing over business generation, marketing their personal brand and offering customers an experience they can rave about.
