Business Administrator (Finance / SAP) - Private Healthcare

Your new roleAs a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the hospital’s administrative and financial operations, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing accurate and timely billing
* Managing cashiering, payments, and reconciliations
* Coordinating invoices, consultant payments, and refunds
* Supporting monthly consultant charge processes
* Resolving queries from patients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate records within internal systems, including SAP
* Supporting wider administrative and financial processes as required
This is a structured, process-driven role ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and previous experience in finance-related administration.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience using SAP (essential)
* Experience in at least one of the following:
o Accounts Payable
o Purchase Orders / Procure-to-Pay
o Credit Control
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills, with the ability to resolve queries effectively
* Confidence using Microsoft Office systems
Previous billing or invoicing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.What you'll get in return
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.76 - £13.50
* Consistent Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm working pattern
