Due to our vision of growth, we are recruiting an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Housing Team in Manchester. This is a hybrid desk recruiting Temporary & Permanent staff across our Housing Management division.
Salary: £24,-£28, Base (Plus Commission)
Location: Manchester with Hybrid working. 3 days office based.
The ideal candidate
1. Experience of Temporary & Permanent recruitment within an agency environment.
2. Experience of running a busy, high performing desk.
3. Confident with undertaking Business Development and speaking to senior decision makers.
4. Good research skills and the desire to be an expert in your field
5. Desire to develop relationships and ability to create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone
6. Background in agency recruitment essential.
7. A great team player, willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
8. A sense of urgency, ability to work to deadlines
Key role responsibilities
Candidate management
9. Takes ownership of candidate pool generation throughTargeted advertising and networking through LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sourcesMonitoring job boardsGenerating referrals
10. Administrative compliance - effectively registering candidates to build candidate database
11. Ensures that all aspects of candidate care, both prior to and post placement, are delivered to Morgan Hunt's standards - ensuring continuity of communication
Business Generation & Client Management
12. Self-motivated to generate new business through cold sales calls
13. Positively grows both personal and Morgan Hunt brand
14. Prioritises business opportunities correctlyDevelops relationships with clients to ensure repeat business securedConsistent telephone contactConducting effective meetingsProactively seeking service reviews
15. Consistently meeting set deadlines
