We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities team within the Social Care industry in Hertfordshire County Council - Apsley, Hemel Hempstead
Responsibilities include:
1. Strong ability to communicate with disabled children
2. Supporting parents, carers and the siblings of disabled children
3. Carry out relevant assessments
4. Carrying our complex safeguarding risk assessments
5. Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment
6. Short Breaks work
Experience preferred:
7. Post qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities team within the UK Social Care industry.

Minimum Requirements:
9. SWE Registration
10. 1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
11. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
12. Eligibility to work in the UK
