Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to business customers across the UK
Build rapport and uncover potential opportunities through effective questioning
Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the external sales team
Understand client needs and match them with suitable services or solutions
Maintain accurate records within the CRM and manage your sales pipeline
Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets

About You:
Previous telemarketing, telesales, or appointment:setting experience is ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
Driven, goal:oriented, and eager to develop within a sales environment

IT:literate with good organisational skills and attention to detail
