As a sous chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

* Supports and trains their team to maintain high standards
* Manages the kitchen line, plans shifts, and coaches on the go
* Ensures food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
