The Role
You’ll play a central role in the professional services offering, working across a broad mix of instructions, including:
* Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
* Valuations
* Landlord & Tenant matters
* Instructions generated from both the commercial management portfolio and external clients

What We're Looking For
* Commercial / General Practice surveying experience
* MRICS preferred
* Proactive and commercially minded
* A personable, relationship‑driven surveyor who enjoys working closely with clients
