We're looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee pump and pipework installations at client sites. As the senior member of a two-person team, you'll lead and work alongside our Installation Operative to ensure projects are delivered safely and to high standards. On site, you'll ensure RAMS are briefed and followed, and verify the quality of equipment before installation. Health & Safety is our top priority, and you must adhere to safety protocols at all times, managing risks on construction sites and being proactive in stopping unsafe acts. Flexibility is essential as the role involves a call-out rota and overtime opportunities to increase earnings.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Promote and embody the company's mission and core values across the UK network.
2. Supervise all aspects of solution/sales projects from conception to completion with the solutions/sales team.
3. Coordinate with the Installation Manager, providing updates on progress and issues.
4. Conduct on-site RAMS processes, identify risks, and implement control measures, communicating methodology to all involved.
5. Install pipework and supervise daily tasks of Installation Operatives and subcontractors on site.
6. Assist drivers with loading/unloading; maintain good physical condition to handle physically demanding tasks and ensure safety standards.
7. Work confidently at heights, in confined spaces, and around sewage/wastewater.
8. Work on client sites including construction, wastewater, and clean water projects.
9. Be hands-on to ensure timely, quality job completion.
10. Be flexible with working hours, participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota, and occasionally work away from home.
11. Hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Supervision and SSSTS certification.
12. Possess a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
13. Preferred: IOSH Managing Safety, forklift license, CSCS card, and Water Hygiene Card.
