The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, modern specialist practice where innovation, patient care and professional development are the priority. You will manage a busy list of NHS and private patients, supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose orthodontic needs and develop personalised treatment plans
* Deliver a full range of orthodontic services, including Invisalign and fixed appliance therapy
* Manage patient care from consultation through to post-treatment reviews
* Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
* Collaborate with the wider dental and specialist team
* Stay at the forefront of clinical advances through CPD
* Provide exceptional patient education and communication throughout treatment
About You
* GDC-registered Specialist Orthodontist (or approaching Specialist Registration)
* Experience in Invisalign and fixed appliance therapy (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to clinical excellence, and a passion for patient-centred care
* A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
