About You
* Inspirational leadership skills and a passion for person‑centred care
* Track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalised care
* Excellent organisational and management skills
* Experience in care‑home management, marketing and occupancy
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
* Effective communication across all levels
* Ability to create strong links within the local community
* Proven marketing and business acumen in the care sector, running a commercially successful Good or Outstanding rated care home
