We are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a welcoming primary school in Reading. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HLTA looking to take on a varied role supporting teaching and learning across the school. The role will include: Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions Working closely with teachers to support pupil progress Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment The ideal candidate will: Hold HLTA status or have relevant experience at HLTA level Have experience working within a primary school setting Be confident leading a class when required Be flexible, proactive and supportive At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
