Hays is working with an organisation within the public sector who is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR guidance and support to managers across multiple sites
* Lead on employee relations matters including casework and policy implementation
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
* Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation
* Contribute to organisational change and development programmes
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
* Collaborate with the wider HR team to improve service delivery
Candidate Profile
* Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the third or public sector
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
* Comfortable working in a hybrid/agile environment
* Passionate about person-led, trauma-informed HR practices
