Working for a leading housing association in the West Midlands, MRG is seeking an experienced Interim Building Surveyor.
This role focuses on:
* Conducting residential property surveys
* Managing repairs and maintenance
* Addressing damp and mould issues
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in building surveying within social housing
* Strong knowledge of repairs, damp and mould diagnostics
* Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
