JOB DESCRIPTION Working as part of the Mobile Alarm Attendant Team, in conjunction with both internal and external agencies to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective authority wide Community Alarm Service that is able to support the most frail, vulnerable members of the community and is able to respond appropriately to customer call-out needs.
