A fast-paced and growing recruitment business in Exeter is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the team and make an immediate impact.
This is a heavily sales-focused role, suited to a proven billing manager who can lead from the front, drive revenue, and hit the ground running. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of consultants while actively developing new business and growing key client accounts.
Current sectors include Driving, Industrial, and Hospitality, with openness to candidates from other recruitment backgrounds who bring strong commercial results.

Requirements

Proven recruitment management experience (essential)

Experience managing consultants from day one
