4. Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and talent management processes.
5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
6. Manage employee relations, fostering a positive workplace environment.
7. Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
8. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
9. Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
10. Collaborate with leadership to shape organisational culture.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
12. Proven expertise in a senior HR Role within Manufacturing organisation or similar
13. Strong knowledge of UK employment law
14. Experience in leading and developing HR teams.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
17. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
18. CIPD L7 qualification
