Your new role
Will be to liaise with customers, partners, technicians and subcontractors to ensure thepletion of customer service cases within a timely manner and within SLA. You will be dealing with customer concerns via telephone and email, as well as appointing contractors to deal with any snagging or defects that arise within thepanies' homes.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working for a house builder, ideally within a customer-facing environment, or customer service experience within an office, that you can transfer to this role. You will be able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating patience and be available to start immediately. This is a role that is based on-site, so please only apply if you are able to work in the office, five days per week.
