Sleep Appointments Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Appointments Co-ordinator to join our busy and supportive Sleep Disorder Centre team at Queen Victoria Hospital.
This is a key administrative role, supporting the efficient running of the service through the co-ordination of patient bookings, waiting lists, and diagnostic pathways. You will play a vital part in ensuring patients receive timely care while helping the Trust meet important performance targets.
Main duties of the job
* Co-ordinate and schedule outpatient, inpatient, and home diagnostic appointments
* Manage and maintain accurate waiting lists and patient pathways
* Support delivery of RTT (Referral to Treatment) targets through effective tracking and data entry
* Handle high volumes of patient calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Work closely with clinical teams to optimise clinic utilisation and patient flow
* Ensure clinic outcomes, DNAs, and pathway updates are accurately recorded
* Assist with the admin of the (in coordination and equipment management where necessary)

Qualifications and Experience
* Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
* Experience of working within a healthcare environment or the general public
