Back then, they couldnt afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosas Thai Café was reborn.

The role Were looking for a confident, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen.
Youll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail
What you will do Lead the kitchen team through busy, high-energy services
Deliver every dish to specconsistent, fresh, and full of flavour
Train, coach and develop your team
Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness
Manage stock, ordering and food safety
Work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant
Take pride in every plate that leaves the pass
What were looking for A strong leader with experience in Asia cuisine and running a busy kitchen
Calm under pressure and leads from the front
