We are hiring Delivery Drivers to join the Waitrose team to deliver groceries and household essentials to customers in Redhill, City of London, Dartford, and Richmond.
Responsibilities include:
* Safely operate a 3.5T manual van to deliver to customers
* Follow delivery schedules and routes
* Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
* Communicate professionally with customers
* Maintain the van's cleanliness and refuel as needed
This role involves working with heavy products and lifting.
Requirements:
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence (no more than 3 penalty points)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Flexibility and integrity
* Pride in work and team spirit
* Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
This is a 0-hour contract role with:
* 8-hour day shifts, starting between 12:00pm - 3:00pm
* Flexible start times depending on route
* Holidays and work on 1 weekend day
Shifts may overrun, and you may assist other drivers or warehouse tasks.
