The Opportunity: Working as an IT Support engineer You will be providing 1 st and 2 nd line support to a diverse network of existing clients You will be the voice of the business, the first port of call to numerous long-standing clients, so the need to be clear, concise and upholding the companys values is essential As the IT Support Engineer, you will be providing support over the phone, by email, remote session and onsite as required Working with the companys internal systems, you will log and update all support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring all SLAs are met The IT Support engineer will respond to reactive needs however, being proactive will be a key skill needed You will work on the setup/repair of computers and peripherals as well as rebuild existing installations The Successful Candidate: A genuine interest in IT Experience over qualifications is KEY Service desk experience Ideally have IT qualifications such as MCP, MCDST, Network Excellent verbal and written skills A team member, someone that will go the extra mile, energetic, eager to learn, eager to contribute to a small team, ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved with any task needed!
