The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is key to ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and supporting the smooth financial operation of the hotel. Key Responsibilities Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Matching, batching, and coding invoices Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Managing supplier queries in a timely and professional manner Preparing payment runs in line with agreed terms Assisting with month-end procedures Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger records About You Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage deadlines and work well under pressure Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Experience within hospitality (desirable but not essential) What We Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Opportunity to work in a luxury hospitality environment Supportive and friendly team culture Staff benefits and discounts Career development opportunities How to Apply If you’re passionate about finance and want to be part of an exciting luxury hospitality brand, we’d love to hear from you.
