Description Salary: £28,163 - £30,060 pro rata Hours per week: 18.5 hours Interview date: Week commencing Monday 11 August 2025 Housing - Empowering Housing Solutions for All in Wiltshire The Property and Support Team focuses on supporting customers with housing needs in the current climate of huge demand for social housing. The team has an opportunity for a Lettings and Sales Officer to carry out the advertising and letting of social housing properties in Wiltshire and operational management of the choice-based lettings service, Homes4Wiltshire. As a Lettings and Sales Officer, you will be responsible for the leasing of council homes, supporting Housing Provider Partners in efficient home allocations, and organising the sale and re-sale of low-cost homes. Further responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and website, resolving routine issues, and maintaining the housing register system. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-focused, friendly and highly computer literate, with a passion for improving housing conditions and making a difference to the lives of people in need. We will look for you to have experience in customer service, housing and analytical work.
