This is a part-time role offering flexibility and autonomy — perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively, and delivering tangible results.
About the Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a dynamic calendar of member events and summits across the UK and internationally.
Working closely with the leadership team and a dedicated Membership Manager, you’ll bring creativity, structure, and energy to the group’s growth strategy — not just managing events, but helping to scale the membership globally.
Key responsibilities include:
*
Planning and delivering a growing calendar of events end-to-end — from concept to completion.
*
Acting as a key contact for members, understanding their needs and connecting them to resources and opportunities.
*
Managing summits and international events — including speaker coordination, venue management, and project delivery.
*
Marketing events across channels, creating engaging collateral and managing social media to drive attendance and visibility.
*
Securing sponsorships and maximising event revenue opportunities.
About You
You’ll be a confident, organised, and self-motivated individual who enjoys bringing people together and seeing projects through from start to finish.
Essential experience and qualities:
*
Proven background in membership and events management, ideally within a blue-chip or professional setting.
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*
A proactive approach — someone who wants to take ownership and make a visible impact.
*
Understanding of the professional services market would be an advantage (but not essential)
