HR Associate – Support Restructure Activities
Duration: 7 months contract (PAYE)
Location: London (3 days in the office)
Pay: £219.10
Description
Minimum of 7 years Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience in a constantly evolving environment
Ability to successfully partner with leaders at all levels as a trusted and conscientious advisor to guide and take appropriate action in addressing sensitive employment matters with tact, demonstrating outstanding communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
Experience navigating, influencing and partnering with other functions to accomplish results, even when there is no direct oversight
Thorough understanding of the employment law practices in the UK, maintaining knowledge of the latest regulations, trends, and best practices in human resources and demonstrating skills to reliably communicate and integrate this knowledge across the organization
Ability to identify trends and measure results, using data, professional insight, analytical, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
A natural bar raiser who exhibits curiosity to learn from others
Excel in a fast-paced environment open to experimentation and continuous improvement with “can-do” attitude
International experience and working with remote teams and time zones is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
