We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our school team. The position is to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant with a named pupil in EYFS.
We are looking for someone who has high standards and expectations in all areas of school life and is committed to a teamwork approach.
The successful candidate will have:
* A high level of empathy and understanding with a caring nature.
* Experience of working 1:1 in a classroom setting.
* Experience in delivering a range of high-quality interventions, both 1:1 and in group work.
* Experience of supporting children with the curriculum.
* Be a team player, show initiative and hold high expectations for pupils.
* Be able to develop good relationships with pupils, parents, staff and all stakeholders.
* Meet the criteria of the person specification and hold the correct qualifications.
