They will support the screening/ transfer and signposting of incoming disability related calls for both Social Care and BCULHB Learning Disability The post holder will ensure policies and procedures are followed in compliance with Data Protection and internal processes in line with statutory timescales, to meet set objectives to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service, whilst ensuring the organisational core values, departmental policies and objectives are adhered to.
