The Role
Are you a highly organized individual with a background in construction or fire safety? We are a specialist Passive Fire Protection firm experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a Sales & Estimating Coordinator to be the engine room of our sales process.
We need a "go-getter" who can take over the administrative and technical coordination of our bidding process, ensuring no lead goes unanswered and our clients receive professional, accurate quotes within 24–48 hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Quote Management: Act as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries from Tier 1 contractors and facility managers.
* Drafting Proposals: Take project specifications (fire ratings, FRL, compartmentation requirements) and draft initial quotes using our pricing software.
* Documentation: Collate technical data sheets and compliance certifications to accompany bids.
About You
* PFP Knowledge: You don't need to be an engineer, but you must understand (or be eager to learn) fire safety regulations, fire-rated board systems, and penetration seals.
* Commercial Urgency: You understand that in this industry, the first person to return a professional quote usually wins the job.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and CRM systems. Experience with "Bolster" or similar PFP software is a massive bonus.
* Local Focus: You are based in or near Worthing and want to ditch the A27/Gatwick commute for a role with a local leader.
