Your role will include:
1. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager or nominated colleagues to ensure that our residents live in a safe and well-maintained environment at all times.
2. Ensuring that regular safety checks and servicing are carried out on all equipment, with accurate records kept.
3. Communicating effectively with the Home Manager, Residents, and colleagues.
4. Performing basic plumbing and electrical maintenance.
5. Clearing and cleaning general areas.
6. Assembling furniture.
7. Painting and decorating.
This position will require on-call duties.
You must have excellent communication skills with Managers, Colleagues, Residents, and Visitors.
