Key Responsibilities:
As an Agency Chef, you'll support busy kitchens by delivering high standards of food preparation and service, including:
Preparing and cooking fresh meals across varied menus
Supporting kitchens during staff shortages and busy periods
Working efficiently in fast-paced environments
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP and COSHH
Managing stock and ensuring kitchen cleanliness
Providing reliable support to hospitality and care clients
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a reliable and adaptable Chef who enjoys flexible work and can quickly settle into different kitchens.
Previous chef experience within hospitality or care settings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Flexibility to travel around Shanklin and surrounding areas including Ryde
