Location: Carlisle
Hours Available: 37.5 per week (permanent)

About the Role
We’re recruiting a Support Worker for our Carlisle service, where we help 9 amazing adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible.
What will you do?
14. Support individuals to enjoy their daily lives
15. Join them on trips to local cafés, the swimming pool, the pub and lots of other places!
16. Help them take part in their favourite activities
17. Encourage independence and confidence every day
Shift Patterns
18. 7:30am – 3pm
19. 9am - 3pm
20. 3pm – 10pm
21. 2pm – 8pm
22. 9:30pm – 7:30am (waking night) - we can offer a permanent waking night role if this is your preference
Please note: We require staff to be flexible to work a variety of different shifts on different days (including some waking nights) and are unable to offer a fixed working pattern at this time. Some weekend work is a requirement of the role as this is shared among the team to ensure fairness for everyone.

We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.12 per hour
